Data Security & Privacy
Data you have not approved is data nobody can take
Three Principles
Confidential talks, customers, dinners: whether you can record with peace of mind depends on who holds the data. Recordings and minutes are encrypted on the device; anything sent to the cloud is de-identified first and destroyed after use, so only what is necessary is transmitted.
Recordings and minutes are stored on the phone, encrypted at rest.
Only you can open them; protection is in place inside the device.
Data uploaded to the cloud is destroyed after use; no copies are kept.
Cleared as soon as it has served its purpose, minimising how long anything stays in the cloud.
Confidential and personal fields are stripped before transmission.
Only what is necessary is sent; sensitive content is handled before it leaves.
Offline Mode
In confidential or disconnected environments, key capabilities run on the device, with clear signals when a feature is degraded.
Local transcription, speaker separation, minutes search and translation all run on the device.
Features that depend on the network say so plainly when they are degraded.
Offline recognition accuracy is lower than cloud accuracy; that is the objective limit of offline mode.
Data Sovereignty
Storage, use and authorisation of recordings and minutes are yours to control; unauthorised data is never shared externally.
We leave the choices to you: how data is stored, when it goes to the cloud and what is uploaded, and we are straight about where the limits are.
Book a demo and have a consultant walk through how data is handled at recording, sync and upload, against your own compliance requirements.
