OmniSage is an AI voice recorder card plus an AI meeting assistant. The R1 card listens and records on site, the mobile app syncs and reviews, and the cloud handles transcription, summarisation and specialist role analysis. What you get is not just a transcript, but analysis, risk flags and a closed loop of to-dos for that meeting.
85.1×53.9×3.96 mm, 32.98 g, and around 140 hours of continuous recording; ≥16 hours of live transcription and ≥365 days of standby. The hardware includes a dedicated noise-reduction chip, a combination of air-conduction and bone-conduction microphones, Wi-Fi fast transfer and press-and-hold recording.
No. Once it is set up in a few steps, press and hold to start and the meeting is never interrupted. The recording syncs to the mobile app automatically and is encrypted at rest, so it is easy to search and play back at any time.
The card syncs to the mobile app over Wi-Fi fast transfer. When cloud capability is needed, the app submits only the data required for processing, then returns transcription, summaries and analysis. Whether anything goes to the cloud is your decision.
The end-to-end CER acceptance target in real meeting environments is ≤5%, measured on annotated corpora plus real-device testing. Real rooms are far more complex than a lab, so we do not promise absolute accuracy; the ceiling depends on the card's noise reduction and the signal-to-noise ratio of the room.
Yes. Speakers are clustered automatically by voiceprint, so every remark is attributed to the right person, and simultaneous speakers are separated and filed automatically. No voiceprint registration is needed: rename "Mr Wang" to his real name and the meeting content updates to match.
There is no cap on the number of participants; separation and filing happen automatically. The number of speakers that can be separated offline and in real time depends on the product's actual capability. All-remote stand-up formats are partially covered and require additional conditions; please confirm with our sales team.
Yes. The full text is searchable: one question about what someone promised last time returns the answer directly. Translation covers simultaneous interpretation (translate as you speak, on screen in real time, or through headphones) and face-to-face translation (each side sees the other's translation alongside their own words), and it works offline too.
You control whether anything goes to the cloud. Recordings and minutes are stored on the phone, encrypted at rest. In confidential or disconnected settings, transcription, speaker separation, minutes search and translation can all run on the device, and network-dependent features clearly indicate when they are degraded.
Three principles: encryption at rest (recordings and minutes encrypted locally), burn after use (cloud data destroyed after use with no copies kept) and de-identification before upload (confidential and personal fields stripped, only what is necessary transmitted).
No, and we say so plainly: offline accuracy is lower than cloud accuracy. Offline models are far smaller than online ones and mainly serve as a fallback for high-quality needs. In quiet, clear settings offline covers most everyday recording; complex multi-person meetings are better served with cloud capability.
Storage, use and authorisation of recordings and minutes are yours to control, and unauthorised data is never shared externally. Data you have not approved is data nobody can take.
Leave your requirements through the Book a Demo form and a consultant will get in touch, arranging a product demo and further discussion around your meeting scenarios. Plans and pricing are confirmed in that conversation.
Yes. Enterprise purchases usually involve multiple devices, team collaboration and compliance requirements, so we suggest booking a demo first; we will propose a plan and explanation based on your organisation's size and meeting scenarios.
No. AI Council roles are not downgraded by plan tier, and the specialist roles used in meeting analysis stay consistent. Plans differ mainly in usage such as transcription and translation volume; please confirm specifics with our sales team.
